Schedule
Fri Jan 24 2025 at 11:00 am to 01:00 pm
UTC-09:00Location
Curtis D Menard Memorial Sports Center | Wasilla, AK
We all love cake, and we all love ice cream… What better thing in the world than a cake that marries the two, together? Oh wait, it can get better! They could be a Reese’s ice cream cake or an Oreo ice cream cake – packed with rich flavors.
First, students will learn how to create their ice cream layer (which requires an ENTIRE 1.5 Gallon container of ice cream). While that freezes back up, students will learn how to make their frosting (chocolate or Oreo) with hand mixers and fill their piping bags. Lastly, students will stack their 2 layers of cake and ice cream and get decorating fast – these cakes don’t want to be in the heat too long!
