Wildlife Adventure Club is a group of homeschoolers who get together once a month (usually on first Wednesdays) at a different outdoor location. We love to explore nature while creating community. Please join us! Our February 5th gathering is at the Muskegon Winter Sports Complex. Our group has not visited this location yet and many of us have never been to it. So this will be a fun adventure!
There is an amazing luge at the complex. It is by reservation only. They have openings at 6:30pm on Wednesday Feb. 5th, but that is it. And it is a 2.5 hour training and sliding event. So, the luge is not going to fit nicely into our plans for this day, but it is definitely worth checking out for your family to attend a different day! The dates fill up fast so reserve it at least a month in advance.
We will be sledding as a group (which is free!) but then the other options are ice skating, ice hockey, snow shoeing, and cross country skiing. We will try to stay together as a group, but if others want to break off and do one of the other activities together, then great! 👍

The complex is open 10am-9pm on Feb. 5th.
This event is weather pending of course!! ❄️❄️ I will let you know as far in advance as I can if it will be cancelled due to weather.
