at Hodges Hidden Highlands Farm
Join us for a relaxed and hands-on homeschool experience at the farm! Children will learn about animals, nature, and farm life through guided activities, outdoor play, and interactive experiences designed to encourage curiosity and creativity.
Typical Farm Friday Schedule
10:00 AM — Arrival & Farm Introduction
- Welcome and check-in
- Farm rundown
- Animal safety rules and respectful interaction discussion
10:15 AM — Guided Farm Tour
Meet and learn about:
- Highland cows
- Goats
- Sheep
- Chickens
- Llamas and other farm animals
Children will learn fun facts about the animals, feeding routines, and daily farm life while getting opportunities for hands-on interaction.
11:00 AM — Farm Craft Activity
Crafts will rotate weekly and may include:

- Decorating clay pots & planting flowers

11:30 AM — Picnic Lunch
