Join us for "Loose Parts Play," a dynamic program designed for children aged 5 to 10. This mixed-age experience invites young learners to engage with a variety of materials—such as natural items, recycled objects, and everyday household items—that encourage creativity, exploration, and hands-on learning.Loose parts play is more than just a fun activity—it's a time-honored way that children learned about their world over a hundred years ago. This method of play mirrors how the innovators who spurred the Industrial Revolution first explored their surroundings, using available materials to tinker, create, and invent. By allowing children to manipulate and combine materials in open-ended ways, this program supports individual exploration and collaborative creation, fostering imagination, problem-solving skills, and cognitive and physical development.
