Calling all curious kids and their homeschool grown-ups! Travel back in time with us as we explore Rutland’s past through real newspapers, old photographs, and historical treasures.Using our special newspaper machine, you can even peek at what was happening on the day you were born! Then, together we’ll compare “then and now” in media, stories, and community life.
Kids will create:
🗞️ A mini “time capsule” page all about themselves
📮 A vintage-style postcard or newspaper clipping from a past era
📬 PLUS - we’ll mail their time capsule back to them in 5 years!
