Homes for Dinner is Homes First’s signature gala. It’s an evening of great food, generous people and real impact, all in support of Toronto neighbours on their way from shelter to a home of their own.
On any given night, more than 15,400 people in Toronto are experiencing homelessness, up 25% from 2024. Shelters are running at over 99% capacity, and 77% of people experiencing homelessness have been without a home for more than six months.
Homes First is changing that. Last year we completed 766 housing placements, which is more than one person housed every day. We also supported 3,800 people across our network in 2025. Your ticket helps write the next chapter for someone waiting for theirs.
