Join Habitat for Humanity of Putnam County for our upcoming Homeownership Information Session to learn about the Habitat homeownership program and our upcoming application cycle.
At this session, you'll learn:
• How Habitat homeownership works
• Eligibility requirements
• The application and selection process
• Income and financial guidelines
• Homebuyer education and partnership expectations
• Upcoming opportunities in Carter Crossing
Habitat for Humanity of Putnam County is the recipient of the Community HOME Investment Program (CHIP) and will build six new homes for qualified applicants in 2027–2028.
Attendance at this Information Session is required in order to receive a Homeownership Application.
