We are hosting our 3rd Homemaker’s Exchange, and YOU are invited!Here’s what you need to know:
This will be a fun evening for women to gather, share, and exchange the beautiful things we create, grow, bake, source, and love. 🤍
Join us outdoors in Courtland, Ontario for a fun night of homemaking, community, good food, and meaningful exchange with women of all ages!
✨ HOW IT WORKS ✨
Each lady will bring 10 items to contribute to the exchange and will leave with 10 new-to-her treasures!
We’ll start by going around and sharing what everyone brought, then each person will get a chance to choose items from the group.
🧺 IDEAS OF WHAT TO BRING:
• Handmade goods
• Home décor
• Sewn, crocheted, or crafted items
• Garden produce
• Plants or propagated cuttings
• Eggs
• Dessert mixes
• Bagels, focaccia, or specialty baked goods
• Prepped freezer meals
• Anything thoughtful, useful, beautiful, or homemade!
-we have lots of ideas, feel free to join and plan what you’d like to bring after:)
We are trying to prioritize handmade and homemaking-related items over store-bought goods, while still welcoming some food and drink items. Think of the special things most people wouldn’t typically make for themselves! 🌾
🚫 Please no stained, damaged, or broken items.
🍓 Finger foods and drinks will be provided, and we’ll also have a few outdoor activities to enjoy throughout the evening!
🪑 WHAT TO BRING:
• Your 10 exchange items
• A lawn chair
• A blanket if the weather looks cool
👶 While this is intended to be a ladies’ night out, we never want lack of childcare to stop someone from joining us. Nursing babies are always welcome.
