About Your Hosts
Homefield makes thoughtfully designed, high-quality gear for your favorite college teams. Earlier this year, the brand went full speed into creating vintage-inspired racing apparel, creating four signature collections with Hendrick Motorsports, the IUSF Little 500, IMS, and Arrow McLaren.
The Shutdown Fullcast is only about college football when there are no weirder topics available. However, there are not many topics weirder than college football.
Meet your hosts for this edition of Shutdown Fullcast Live:
- Spencer Hall founded the landmark college football site Every Day Should Be Saturday in 2005. Spencer currently writes on Channel 6, the website/newsletter he co-created with Holly Anderson. He also hosts the ESPN digital series Big Dumb Football, and serves as a commentator on ESPN's Formula One racing and NFL Draft broadcast teams.
- Jason Kirk, the author of Hell Is a World Without You and co-host of the Vacation Bible School Podcast, would love to sign your copy of the book.
- Ryan Nanni used to be a lawyer, the executive producer of Secret Base, a blogger for SB Nation and The Messenger, and a Bloomin' Onion. He now wanders the continental United States, solving crimes and righting wrongs.
- Holly Anderson is the executive producer of Channel 6 and serves on the Fullcast as a combination of unkillable ghost and porch cat. She lives in Atlanta, Georgia with two big dogs and a gun.
- Special guest Alanis King is a writer, editor, video presenter, podcaster, and author of Racing with Rich Energy, a book about Formula One scandals. She loves cars, motorsports, cats, and chain restaurants, and she plays an unhealthy amount of Minesweeper.
