An opportunity to gather in community, crafting, sharing stories, healing as our ancestors once did.

Together, we’ll share in cacao, movement, creativity, & laughter, crafting your own medicine leaf rattle (chakapa) to support the clearing of the year that’s been:
to carry you with lightness & unconditional-love into the season ahead.

with yourself, with others, and with the spirit of the season.
To drop the noise, the expectations, to simply be,

You’ll experience dance as medicine, that movement has no judgement when you allow the body to flow, & specific resonate music is where the magic is explored.
You will experience that knowledge through creativity is an expression of our hidden desires.
You’ll create your own handcrafted tool/shamans rattle;
a physical reminder of your creativity, meets movement with energy, to create joy & ease when life gets sticky.

Comfortable clothing for ease of movement that you are not needing to readjust all the time.
Eye Mask (for deepening more into your body & out of the mind)
A yoga mat for comfort (but not required)
