Join me on Saturday, the 8th, for a guided breathwork journey, carefully designed for you to unwind and let go. As the days get longer and brighter, take some time for yourself, free from distractions, kids, and noise - just you and your beautiful heart.Our gathering coincides with the post-full moon, or Flower moon, which honors the vibrant flowers of spring. This intimate experience will be guided, allowing you to progress at your own pace.
We'll start with a soothing blue lotus tea ceremony, followed by heartfelt breathwork and a peaceful meditation. Afterwards, take a moment to journal, chat with others, or simply head home to peaceful slumber.
