Home Visiting Movie Viewing and Panel Discussion

We are excited to celebrate Home Visiting Week (April 20-24) by hosting a Home Visiting Movie Viewing and Panel Discussion in partnership with Changent and District home visiting partners on Thursday, April 23, 2026 from 5-7:30 PM at Mary's Center Georgia Ave location.

The event will include a brief screening of the 2025 documentary American Delivery starting at 5:30 PM, followed by a panel discussion at 6 PM highlighting the range of home visiting models in the District, why a diverse system is so important, and opportunities to strengthen investment and coordination across programs. There will also be time afterward for continued conversation and connection.

A few logistics for the event:

Parking

There is no official parking. There is abvailable street parking.

The location is also accessible via the Metro and the bus. The Georgia Ave location is two blocks from the Petworth Greenline Metro Station.

Registration

When you enter please stop by the registration so we can sign you in and escort you to the correct location.

Accessibility

There are no stairs and right on the first floor.

Refreshments

We will have light refreshments for participants.
