Registration Instructions: Please read entire instructions before proceeding

1. The 42nd Annual Kemetic Studies Conference will be a hybrid event meaning, we will have in-person attendance and virtual attendance via a ZOOM Webinar. Please select the correct ticket. You must register to attend. The Virtual tickets cannot be forwarded.

2. Click the “Reserve a spot” link to begin registration. There will be “Tickets” for Members and non-Members at Regular, Elder (60+) and Student levels. There is also a ticket for Virtual attendance. Select the number of tickets (up to 10) by hitting the “+” symbol.

3. Continue scrolling down to make donations to ASCAC General Fund and ASCAC Building Fund. Enter the amount you would like to donate.

4. Conference Souvenir Book Ads are available for Full Page, ½ Page, Business Card, Patron and Ancestor. All pages should be camera-ready and there is a cutoff date to submit (see important dates below).

5. T-Shirts! We have 42nd Annual Kemetic Studies Short-sleeve, Long-sleeve and Hoodies available for sale in Black and Beige colors. You will need to select quantity, color and size. Virtual attendees will also need to add Shipping and Handling of $12.00 for one Tshirt and $10 for additional Tshirts. The Hoodie Shipping and Handling is $15 for one Hoodie and $12.00 for additional hoodies.

6. Souvenir Program Book is available for Virtual Attendees to purchase for a price of $10. Allow 4-6 weeks for delivery. In person attendees will receive a Souvenir Book at registration table, but you can order an additional book if desired.

7. If done with your order you then hit the “Check out” button to complete payment. You will then be prompted to enter Billing and Shipping. It is important that you enter all information for each order. If you receive a message indicating some information is missing it is probably due to your browser support. Please use Google Crome, Apple Safari or Microsoft Edge if you see errors with your registration. It is important that we receive complete contact information including shipping address, phone number and email.

IMPORTANT DATES:

1. Registration will remain open throughout the conference. There will be a one-day in-person fee for walk-ins available at registration table.

2. The cutoff date for shirt orders is March 15, 2026 at midnight (12:00 AM March 16).

3. The cutoff date for Souvenir Book ads is March 8, 2026. Full-page, Half-page and Business-card ads must be camera ready.
