We start the night with a wonderful authentic jazz workshop and will enjoy DJ sets in between.

About the band:
Amanda Sedgwick has been active as a band leader, composer, soloist and side lady in Sweden and the US for over twenty years. Down through the years Amanda has played with, among many others, Rolf Ericson, Freddie Redd, Walter Booker, Barry Harris, Philip Harper and Deborah Brown.
Amanda currently resides in Stockholm but regularly visits New York to perform at famous venues like Smalls Jazz Club. She has also played consistently in the Lindy Hop scene, performing regularly at festivals like Herräng Dance Camp and with the Stockholm Hot Shots with her highly appreciated bands. Guitarist Alexander Brott and Sedgwick have played together for many years in celebrated groups such as Bird's Nest and Amanda Sedgwick Swingtet and have developed a deep musical connection that is always swinging, creative and joyous.
