Then an offer comes in, the inspector shows up, and the next week is spent renegotiating a price everyone already agreed to. This class covers the other approach: knowing what is in the house before it goes on the market.

We'll go through what a pre-listing inspection actually finds, which items affect marketability and which ones are noise, and how to talk to a seller about repairs when they still have time and leverage to do something about them. You'll leave with a way to read a report quickly, sort findings by what matters at the closing table, and have the repair conversation without it turning adversarial.
