Founded in 2016, is driven by a single, powerful mission: a forever family for every child. We are the only organization of our kid in the Midwest, reshaping adoption recruitment within child welfare by harnessing the power of video. Our “Waiting Kid” reels capture the personalities of children in the foster care system waiting for family. Each reel is provided free of charge to county caseworkers and adoption agencies and serves as a critical supplement to the otherwise limited information available to prospective adoptive families. Half of the 530 youth we have made a reel for have since been matched with an adoptive family!
