Join the City of Columbia Heights Sustainability Commission for an interactive community forum to learn more about home energy usage and improvements. Our focus will be helping residents prepare for winter heating needs, including low-cost ways to prepare your living space and save money on your energy bills this year.
Content will include information from commission members, a walkthrough of a home energy audit report from a Heights resident, and easy activities. All information will be applicable to homeowners, renters and landlords. Come when you can and leave when you need to, this is the first of several annual community forums hosted by the Sustainability Commission to help Heights residents feel more confident about their home energy usage and learn about easy ways to reduce their utility bills.
