About this Event
Join us on Tuesday 5th of May at 1:30pm for a 90-minute KS2 Classification Workshop designed especially for children aged 7–11. This interactive session will explore how scientists organise and understand the incredible diversity of life on Earth.
Children will take part in a hands-on classification activity, learning how to sort and group living things just like real scientists. The session will also include a short tour, giving families the chance to explore the building and our library and learn more about the history of scientific discovery.
This event is open to all home-educating families, and individual families are very welcome to book—you don’t need to be part of a larger group.
Ticket information:
- £10 per participating child
- Siblings and accompanying adults attend free
- Children must be accompanied by an adult
- Adults must be accompanied by a child
Come along for an engaging afternoon of science, exploration and discovery—perfect for curious young naturalists!
