Your help is desperately needed for our Home Delivered Meal program!
You may be aware that ADRCs across the state are struggling to meet the ever-increasing need of meal delivery services with minimal funding through Older American's Act. In response, the ADRC of NW WI is working very hard to develop new efficiencies to best utilize the funding that is provided to us through OAA. One efficiency that is being developed is a new, localized, meal prioritization assessment tool that personalizes nutrition options for each individual. And we are seeking YOUR help to implement this new tool!
Please join us on September 10th from 1-4 at the Polk County Government Center in Balsam Lake to be trained to implement this tool, as well as to continue to hear the goals of the ADRC of NW WI in the implementation of the tool.
