Requirements:

A real estate license is required to affiliate with a brokerage, however you do not need to have a license, or be in the process of getting a license, to attend this event.

**A Real Estate Salesperson is an independent contractor and as such, this is a 100% commission-based position. This means that you get paid only when you close a transaction. Early on, income can be limited and inconsistent, so we advise individuals to have at least 6 months of income in reserves (or some other method of support) to sustain yourself financially while you work toward your first closings.
