Beauty Batlles Lounge will be hosting a Wellness and Recovery Station during the Holyoke Road Race designed to help runners perform better and recover faster. Participants will rotate through a variety of wellness modalities used by athletes to support performance, circulation, muscle recovery, and overall wellness.

Red Light Therapy

We can host 13 participants at a time, allowing runners to rotate through multiple recovery services.

Pre Race Warm Up Sessions

Get your body ready to perform by improving circulation, activating muscles, increasing mobility, and reducing stiffness before the race.

Post Race Recovery Sessions

Support faster recovery by reducing muscle soreness, flushing out lactic acid, decreasing inflammation, and helping your body restore after the race.
