Holyoke Hummus Pop up!

We are excited to welcome John and Dawn from Holyoke Hummus to the lab for a pop-up, sampling sumptuous hummus made with lots of love by this Western, MA brand.

This is an open-house style event, where guests are invited to come say hello to a local, like-minded business in Curio's lab space. Stop by for as long as you like!

"Holyoke Hummus was born on our iconic food truck, The Great Garbanzo, traveling to music festivals and outdoor events where food and fun come together. Now you don’t have to stand in line at the truck to get that same fun and flavor. Our creamy Hummus Flavored Hummus is at your local market! You don’t have to know our food truck to associate the experience of getting food from a food truck with tasty good times.

About John Grossman, Founder:
After many years as a serial entrepreneur working in everything from retail to childcare, John hit the road with his now iconic food truck the Great Garbanzo. He developed a food truck friendly menu of falafel sandwiches, hummus snacks, and treats. Along the way, he opened a restaurant and launched a second truck, all the while perfecting his creamy hummus flavored hummus. Ten years on the road hundreds of festivals and thousands of sandwiches served and now he is bringing his hummus, born on the food truck, to wholesale distribution.
