Holy Stretch is a Christ-centered movement and meditation class created to help you slow down, release tension, and reconnect in a peaceful, grounded way.
This class combines gentle stretching, intentional breathing, and guided faith-based meditation. Movements are simple and accessible, allowing your body to relax while your mind settles and your spirit refocuses.
There is no pressure, no performance, and no expectation to “keep up.”
This time is about stillness, reflection, and creating space to be present.

• 50-minute guided session
• Faith-focused meditation and gentle movement
• All levels welcome
Wednesdays at The Hive
Stay after class for Kava Bar time to unwind and connect.
