Bring the Kids!
Lets get together and have a moment to give ourselves and our children tools to regulate and have space between growing and discovering ourselves while navigating the world. We will take a journey with the power of intentional breathing, a guided meditation, and snacks of course! This is a sensory friendly safe space, and movement is welcomed as well as I will provide a watercolor paint activity as the mediation is being conducted. Or if they are able to be still, they can lay with you to receive this divine love through Holy Fire Reiki, whether they are still or creating they will receive the benefits of Reiki. My girl and boy will be there as well, plenty of toys, sensory swings and trampolines to get some energy out while we settle in!

Holy Fire Reiki is life force energy, a visual you can reference is the sun hitting the seed through the soil in such a way that the seed sprouts and grows. This energy is not intended for religious meaning but adheres to all walks of life and belief systems, creating wholeness, purification, healing, empowerment, and guidance, causing no harm.It works continuously without a thought and heals as issues come up. Always respects free will with you in full control and heals relationships and interactions with others. Holy Fire Reiki releases worry and replaces it, with a sense of safety and guidance. There are so many reasons I love this practice but the most profound movement I’ve experienced, is the deep nurturing of being unconditionally loved and evolves more as you continue with this experience.

The Holy Love Experience Mediation is a guided journey that lasts for 15-26mins. In this gorgeous exchange of you and your sweet seedlings time you will allow us to experience Divine Love that is a kind and wonderful energy. A feeling of being cared for, that knows you all intimately and fully taking care of all needs. This experience is healing and enhancement of your own ability to love without conditions. It soothes, it relaxes, nurtures, and heals very deeply. A beautiful way to connect with the kids and help us grow together as we raise them into the wonderful people they will be and know their place in the world with confidence. While also showing them how important it is to take care of the mind body and soul. Our jobs as parents are not easy and their jobs as children are not easy. When we intentionally allow pure connection we heal generations, we raise the vibration and set the example of how amazing life is when things feel challenging or just knowing when to take a moment to slow down and be present.
