Holy Emmanuel Lutheran Church along with Open Arms ECC will be hosting their Fall Festival and Trunk or Treat event! We invite our regular Tuesday Night Cruise-In crowd along with anyone who would like to participate in decorating your vehicles: (classics or daily's) for our trunk or treat & pass out some candy to the kids! (Please keep your decorations young child appropriate.) September 23rd 4-8pm
