Conrad and his team have secured multiple properties that are in various stages of the syndication/improvement process. Drew Whitson – Co-Founder & Principal, Endurus Capital
�Drew Whitson is the CoFounder and Principal at Endurus Capital, where he brings over a decade of real estate investing experience, with a focus on multifamily acquisitions across the Twin Cities and midAtlantic markets. Since beginning his real estate journey in 2007, Drew has helped spearhead the management of nearly half a billion dollars in multifamily and commercial assets across the United States. Prior to founding Endurus Capital, he served as a finance executive at a Minneapolisbased Fortune 50 company. Drew holds a degree in Economics and Finance from Bethel University and earned his MBA from the Carlson School of Management at the Univ. of MN. He serves as a Professor of Finance at Bethel University in St. Paul.
