About this Event
This experience is designed to strengthen your core, improve flexibility, posture, balance, and mobility while also creating room for emotional and spiritual renewal. Through intentional movement, breathwork, stretching, worship, and encouragement, we focus on building strength from the inside out.
Whether you are a beginner or experienced in Pilates, this class welcomes women of all ages, sizes, and fitness levels. You do not need to be perfect, flexible, or “fit enough” to show up you simply need to come willing.
This is a judgment-free atmosphere where women can move freely, release stress, let go of heaviness, and be reminded that wellness is not just physical it is mental, emotional, and spiritual.
