Holotropic Breathwork® Miami Residential Retreat

Join us for our 4 day Holotropic Breathwork® Residential Retreat situated on a beautiful mango grove 45 minutes from Miami International Airport in Homestead, FL. Participate in 4 deeply powerful Holotropic Breathwork sessions where you will breathe twice in your own deep journey and sit twice in the profound supportive role known as a sitter.

Go for a swim in the heated salt water pool, relax in one of the hammocks, and connect around the firepit with friends and community. The guest house features 6 shared bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a spacious living room and large communal kitchen.

Registration includes all meals beginning with dinner on arrival night through breakfast on departure day. This event is facilitated by Jeffrey Warren and team of GTT (Grof Transpersonal Training) Certified Holotropic Breathwork® Facilitators.
This event is open to all and is an approved GTT Double Holotropic Breathwork® which counts as credit towards virtual modules for those in the training.

ABOUT HOLOTROPIC BREATHWORK

Holotropic Breathwork® was developed by Stanislav Grof, M.D. and his late wife Christina as an experiential method for accessing non-ordinary states of consciousness for personal discovery, healing and transformation. Laying comfortably on a mat each participant uses the power of their own breathe along with the loud evocative music to enter a non-ordinary state of consciousness. Participants are encouraged to work with what authentically emerges, to lean in to the experience, to amplify it and express everything to its fullest extent.

Pregnancy, Cardiovascular Disease including Heart Attacks and Angina, Severe Hypertension, Epilepsy or Glaucoma, Retinal Detachment, Severe Osteoporosis, Recent Surgeries or Serious Physical Injuries, Recent Infectious / Communicable Diseases, Psychiatric Hospitalization or Prior Diagnosis by a Healthcare Professional of Schizophrenia or Bipolar Disorder.
