Made the Old Fashioned Way with our secret recipe and slow cooked in black kettles over a wood fire. Brunswick Stew is perfect for holiday gatherings, sporting events and gift-giving. Quarts can be frozen and stored for a few months.

What Exactly is Brunswick Stew? A traditional and popular dish of the American South for nearly 200 years. Recipes vary widely, but the stew contains a variety of vegetables and one or more types of meat. North Carolina is known for its unique concoction, which is thick and tomato based, using pulled barbecue (pork) as the meat. Our Lodge recipe has a distinct smoky taste.

Established in 1847, the Holly Springs Masonic Lodge was added to The National Register of Historic Places, by the U.S. Department of Interior, National Park Service.
