Hollis Town Band Pops 2026 Concert

The Hollis Town Band presents its annual Pops Concert at Alpine Grove. The doors open at 1:30pm for the dessert buffet and the performance begins at 2:30pm. We'll be featuring two long-time HTB members in solos. David Deifik will be the piccolo soloist for Antonio Vivaldi's Concerto in C for Piccolo and Deb Walz will be the trumpet soloist for The Man With The Horn. Other pieces will include medleys of hits by George Gershwin, Elton John and Neil Diamond along with a music tribute to the "Four Chaplains" who gave up their seats in lifeboats when their U.S. Navy ship was sinking during World War II. The ever-popular raffle will include prizes such as gift certificates and the opportunity to conduct the band in The Stars & Stripes Forever march.
