Join Myself & the Lovely Fiona all the way from the Làmh clinic in Gort Galway for a relaxing day in the beautiful surroundings of Gosford Forest park The event will be held in the Guide house inside the park
10am to 5pm
Activities on the day are:
**Welcome, Tea /Herbal Tea & Scones
Fruit, Granola & Yogurt pots & Chat
**Yoga ( suitable for beginners)
**Guided Meditation ( Yoga Nidra)
** Smudge stick make & take workshop
**Aromatherapy make & take workshop ( make your own lovely Aromatherapy product to take home)
**Healthy Lunch
**Art Zen Tangle
**Cacao Ceremony
**Soundbath ( with optional heated or cooling Eye masks)
*5pm Home time & Goodbyes
There will also be a few surprises threw in throughout the day
Cost of Retreat is £99
