Learn various essential oils, herbs, and hydrosols to support and strengthen gut health, holistically. It has been shown that the root of all health ailments begins with gut health. It effects not only physical health but emotional and mental health as well. When your gut is healthy, you can think clearer with emotional balance. When it’s unhealthy, you can feel sluggish, have poor memory, lack of concertation, weight issues, bloating, hormone imbalances, greater depression, and anxiety. In this workshop, you will learn –

• how the gut works & how to recognize when it doesn’t work
• strategic holistic remedies & practices to balance gut health
• remedies for common gut issues like IBS, bowel irregularity, reflux, and more
• several essential oils & herbs to improve gut health
• specific gut health aromatherapy recipes
• safety tips & blending practices

You will smell various 100% pure essential oils to build your experience and confidence. This class is presented by Clinical Aromatherapy & Herbal expert, Jennifer Pressimone. Come with family and friends as you learn how to improve your gut health and quality of life. Walk the gardens after class (included in class registration).

Jennifer Pressimone is a Clinical Aromatherapy & Herbal Educator, product formulator, author, and owner of JennScents. She is the lead instructor of JennScents Aromaversity, a NAHA, CE Broker & NCBTMB approved provider, offering Holistic, Professional & Clinical Aromatherapy Certifications, Advanced Holistic Gut Specialist certification, & masterclasses. Her specialty and passion are phyto-aromatherapy for mental & emotional health, helping others strengthen mindset and motivation to heal deeply to live fully. Jenifer has her B.A. in Psychology and is a graduate in Spiritual Phyto-Essencing & Natural Health Studies. She is the Central Florida Director & Vice President of the National Association of Holistic Aromatherapy (NAHA.org).
