Join me for this beautiful, nurturing weekend workshop to learn some of the basic theories and techniques of Holistic Pulsing.
Holistic Pulsing is a powerful body-mind therapy that incorporates the feminine principles of softness, gentleness and nurturing and works with the elements of rhythm and water.
It is done fully clothed on a massage table and the unique types of rocking and stretching induce deep relaxation helping to release physical and emotional trauma that can become trapped in the body.
This workshop will provide you with
* Some of the physical techniques so you can start using Holistic Pulsing with friends, family or existing clients
*Show you how to work with different rhythms in the body and to become aware of blockages in the physical and emotional body.
• It will begin you on the fascinating journey into the “Body-Mind’ and how to recognise “splits” in the body.
Level 1 is open to ANYONE, with no prior experience needed. It's a perfect complement to all other therapies and is perfect for massage therapists or any alternative healer who is looking to expand their skill base. Being a two-way therapy enables you to give it and get it at the same time, perfect for therapist burnout.
The course is run over 2 days
- 9.00am to 4.30pm (approx)each day.
