Not sleep. Not scroll. Just stop, and actually be somewhere soft for a few hours.
That's what this afternoon is. A genuine pause. Good food, gentle movement, meaningful company, and enough space to remember what it feels like to just BE.
What's included in your afternoon:
- 🍵 Welcome Tea Ceremony – a grounding welcome to the space, drawing on the healing wisdom of nature.
- 🌸 Essential Oil Exploration – a sensory, calming experience to support emotional balance and help you settle into the present
- 🧘 Gentle Yoga & Meditation – genuinely beginner-friendly, no experience needed, no pressure, just movement and stillness at your own pace
- 🥗 Simple Vegan Meal – a lovingly prepared meal enjoyed together in community. This is included in your ticket.
This afternoon is for you if:
- You've been meaning to do something good for yourself and just haven't yet
- You're curious about wellness but not looking for anything intense or complicated
- You want a genuinely relaxed, welcoming space – not a performance, not a challenge
- You'd love to bring a friend and share something meaningful together
No prior experience needed. Come as you are.
What to bring:
- 🧘 Comfortable, loose clothing to move freely in
- 🪷 Your yoga mat(we have a few spares if you don't own one – just let us know)
- 🛋️ A cushion for seated meditation
- 🧣 A blanket or small towel – especially if you tend to feel the cold
- 💧 A water bottle to stay hydrated through the afternoon
Tickets 🎟 $75pp (early bird) · or $65pp when you come with a friend (groups of 2 or more)
