We are proud to present a women's only workshop facilitated by Claudia Hill Sensei - 5th Dan and Danielle van Strien Sensei - 2nd Dan.
This workshop will be experimental, providing time and space to explore aikido and see what's possible within your own body.
With a focus on fun in a supportive, no-pressure environment, this workshop is open to women and non-binary of all grades and all organisations. Don't miss this excellent opportunity to meet other like-minded aikidoka from the region!

1.15pm - 2.10pm - Claudia Hill Sensei
2.15pm - 3.00pm - Claudia Hill Sensei
3.00pm - Food and drinks at The Good Home, Mt Eden (rides available for those without transport).
