Recharge and improve your physical and mental health in serene surroundings. Experience the transformative power of holistic practices with a day of self-care and wellness. Admission is free, and all ages are welcome.Sessions meet Sunday, Feb. 1, March 1, and April 12, from 10 a.m.-1 p.m. at the Gary Halter Nature Center.
Schedule of events:
• 10–10:45 a.m.: Sheng Zhen Qi Gong with Lisette Templin
• 11–11:45 a.m.: Meditation/Dhamma with Lance McDowell and Brett Warnecke
• Noon–12:45 p.m.: Heartfulness Yoga with Linda Didsbury
Materials are provided in a climate-controlled classroom.
