This week: Gelli Prints. Super fun, easy, and can be used for so many things. Definitely wear Play Clothes as this can get messy. :)
Healing Thru Art Workshops - Art can be healing for so many conditions such as anxiety, depression, feeling lost, grief, need purpose, PTSD, and trauma of all kinds. For these classes, there are no art skills required. Keeping it simple yet powerful. There is no charge for the class but asking for donations to cover the cost of materials.
There will be a topic and teaching for each workshop but no worries, can customize for each participant depending on your need that evening,
This class is great for both teens and adults. In fact, great for the family.
You may want to wear "Play clothes", might get a bit messy, your choice.
Classes start at 4 but you can come anytime you are able as we realize not everyone can make it that early.
