Holidays For H.E.R (Toronto) - Fundraising Christmas Festival

1) THE CAUSE

My name is Henry llLion, and I am an independent Toronto area recording artist. For H.E.R. Entertainment is my new female focused entertainment brand that seeks to dedicate 25% of its profits to helping women in shelters & victims of domestic violence on an on-going basis. 2) THE EVENT
Holidays For H.E.R is gonna be our biggest event for the year! Starting at 4pm to 12 midnight, we will be spinning iconic Christmas pop hits from the 90's, 2000's and beyond. Holidays For H.E.R Toronto will also feature:

MINI MARKET & Christmas Celebration (4pm - 8pm )

- 15 - 20 Vendor Tables, featuring unique, rare find gifts & products from local independant artists and local businessess in the GTA. Highlights include, art, home decor, books, bath & body, music, food and more.

- Holiday Games & Activities,with cool prizes! (All facilitated by our talented host Miss Mala On The Mic & Henry llLion)

- Live Entertainment including but not limited to, comedy, magic, spoken word and more.

- Halton Womens Place information station & donation table

- For H.E.R. "Fun-raising" merch table, featuring the exclusive Halton Women's Place "Hear Me Roar" motivational fridge magnet collection. (see below for product pics & more details)

MUSIC SHOWCASE & Contests (8pm - 9:30pm)

- Live performances by talented local artists, and event organizer Henry llLion.

- Holiday Raffle Draws! In between performances, we will begin drawing for our holiday prizes, until we get to the grand prize draw at the end of the show.

- "Fun-raising" merch table, featuring the exclusive Halton Women's Place "Hear Me Roar" motivational fridge magnet collection. (see below for product pics & more details)
- Halton Womens Place information station & donation table

Finally, on top of all those happy holiday festivities, you get the added, heart warming bonus of knowing that you are "partying with purpose", since at least 25% of ticket & merch sales are going towards helping local women and victims of domestic abuse.

3a) VENDOR REQUESTS:

You can register to be a vendor using the "Get Tickets" button, on this event page. From there, scroll down to the "Add Ons" section and you will find 2 seperate Vendor table optoions to purchase.

Option 1 (For H.E.R Vendor Table) provides vendor tables for $60 - $100.

Option 2 (Vendor Partner Tables), are just $30 !!

3b) YOUR TICKET TO JOIN THE PARTY:
To help manage our capacity limit & maximize fundraising success we are pre-selling Guest Passes of 4 levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold & Platinum. Every pass includes a generous donation to Halton Women's Place, plus a physical merch gift (which you will receive at the event), and digital download of a shortened demo version of the Heart Beats For H.E.R album (sent by email at time of purchase).

All passess range from $25 to $250 , however for a very limited time, we have an early bird special of 2 passes for $20! There are only 30, early bird passes available, so if you want to take advantage of them you need to act fast!

As mentioned already, there is a capacity limit for this party, so no matter what pass level you are interested in, I encourage you to get your pass today...so you don't get turned away.
