This will be a very quiet, relaxing yin yoga class with Bob Zimmerman playing guitar. He'll be playing holiday songs on the guitar as well as some others. While relaxing in a yin pose, see if you can spot a very spa like Foo Fighters song! Join us for this quiet holiday class. Participants can stay and enjoy a glass of wine or Lacroix after! Anyone with an annual membership can sign up for free.
