The flavors of the holidays shine in seasonal sweetbreads. Join us in our teaching kitchen as we learn about baking yeast-raised sweetbreads and create a traditional holiday loaf of your own to take home and finish in your own oven.Registration closes the day before this class begins. Please call for availability for same day registration.
