Get into the festive spirit with our hands-on Wreath Decorating Workshop! We provide everything you need: gloves, picks, pinecones, and a beautiful bow. While we offer a variety of embellishments, feel free to bring along any personal touches or your own ribbon if you have a specific look in mind! š

TIER 1: $40.00 - Perfect for little creators! Select from a mini 6" wreath or small door charm. *KID-FRIENDLY*
TIER 2: $56.00 - Choose a 24" wreath, a narrow mantle piece, or a mailbox cover.
TIER 3: $76.00 - Larger designs with a 34" wreath, large door charm, or an elegant door arch.
TIER 4: $96.00 - Get creative with a festive Cross, Candy Cane, or Heart-shaped wreath!

Kids Welcome! Children 5+ are encouraged to participate (with adult supervision), making it a fun holiday activity for the family.
šPlease Note: Only registered participants may attend to ensure enough space and materials for everyone. This is a standing workshop; however, chairs can be requested in advance for those who need them.

WAIVER AND RELEASE AGREEMENT
This Waiver and Release Agreement ("Agreement"), effective as of the date signed below, is made by and between the undersigned participant ("Releasor") and Evans Nursery, LLC ("ENL").
1. Permission for Photography & Media Use
By attending the Holiday Wreath Decorating Workshop on December 7, 2024, Releasor grants ENL permission to capture, use, and publish photographs, videos, or any other likenesses of Releasor obtained at the event. Releasor agrees that such media may be used by ENL without restriction, review, or compensation for any purpose, including but not limited to promotional, marketing, and social media purposes.
2. Assumption of Risk and Waiver of Liability
In consideration of the opportunity to participate in the Workshop, Releasor voluntarily assumes any and all risks associated with the Workshop, including but not limited to risks of injury, illness, or property damage. Releasor waives, releases, and discharges any and all claims or rights for damages, losses, or demands that may arise against ENL and its employees, directors, officers, or agents, including but not limited to claims related to bodily injury, or other damages connected to Releasor's participation in the Workshop or presence on ENL's premises.
3. Indemnification
Releasor agrees to indemnify, hold harmless, and defend ENL and its employees, directors, officers, and agents from any liabilities, costs, or claims that may arise from Releasorās participation in the Workshop.
4. Acknowledgement and Agreement
By signing below, Releasor acknowledges that he or she has read, understands, and agrees to abide by this Agreement at all times while participating in the Workshop. Releasor further acknowledges that this Agreement is binding upon themselves, their executors, administrators, assignees, or heirs.
