This joyful, family-focused celebration will include toy giveaways, warm meals, cultural performances, youth art, and essential community services. We aim to ensure that every child feel seen and celebrated during the holiday season.
Sponsorship Tiers & Recognition
We are seeking fiscal sponsors to help fund event operations, meals, supplies, logistics, and community engagement. All sponsors will be recognized on-site and across digital platforms unless anonymity is requested.
1. Community Champion $5,000 + Logo/name on all event banners, flyers, press releases, website, and stage shoutout at both event’s.
2. Solidarity Sponsor $2,500 + Logo/name on event signage, website, and verbal recognition
during opening ceremony.
3. Neighborhood Partner $1,000 + Name listed on event signage, website, and printed materials.
Supporting Ally $500+ Recognition in digital thank you post and optional social media
features.
4. Community Friend $250+ Name listed in group appreciation post on EBCCN social media platforms and website.
In-kind sponsorships (toys, meals, supplies, gear, etc) are also welcomed and recognized according to value.
Ways Your Organization Can Get Involved
1. Sponsor one or both events (Fiscally or with in-kinds gifts).
2. Donate toys, winter supplies, hygiene kits.
3. Volunteer as individuals or teams.
4. Table as a community service provider or activity host.
5. Support Logistics (transportation, outreach, coordination)
