The holiday season often brings excitement and joy, but also stress, busyness, expectations and obligations. Practicing mindfulness can help you stay centered amidst the chaos, build resilience, reduce anxiety, strengthen connections, and cultivate gratitude.
This event will be November 15th 6:00pm-8:00pm
First Presbyterian Church of Mandan
