In this workshop you will learn how to artfully create a beautiful holiday brunch board using charcuterie and fresh sourdough waffles & english muffins made right in front of you!
In addition, you will learn food selection ideas, charcuterie folding techniques, cheese styling, holiday pairing ideas, how sourdough is made and so much more to make your next holiday event a showstopper!
What’s Included:
*A palm leaf plate,salami, bacon, eggs, cheeses, fruits, sourdough english muffins & waffles, jam, syrup, garnish, step by step instruction, a sourdough recipe and a delicious Hackamore Beermosa or Bloody Beer!
