Holiday Sound Attunement & Tea

This is a time to relax with a beloved friend or go solo to nourish yourself. We will begin with some gentle stretches and breathing as we slowly guide you into a deeply restorative release. Following the sound bath, we will have a quiet candlelight tea, with candlelight time for journaling and a brief community presence.
