• Ages: Participants must be 13 or older. Attendees under 18 must be accompanied by a ticket-holding adult.
• Timing: Classes start promptly, so please arrive on time.
• Pick-Up Option: Allow 30 minutes for your soap to harden. If you can’t wait, we’ll call you for pick-up or ship your soaps for $2/item.
• Group Size: Minimum of 3 attendees required to hold a class, maximum of 7 participants. If the minimum is not met, we will contact you to reschedule.
• No Refunds: No-shows or cancellations are non-refundable.
• Photo & Video Consent: By purchasing a ticket, you agree to be photographed or filmed for promotional purposes.
