Let’s make this holiday fun and sustainable! On December 6th the San Diego Fixit Clinic is hosting festive family-friendly activities such as a Furoshiki cloth gift wrapping station with Be Creative Zone and DIY upcycling holiday decorating with Rebelle for Kicks.
Bring your broken, non-working items—electronics, appliances, computers, toys, bicycles, clothes, and more—for assessment, disassembly, and possible repair. We'll provide workspace, specialty tools, and guidance to help you take apart and troubleshoot your item. Even if we can't fix it, you'll learn more about how it was made and how it works.
From 10 AM - 1 PM, Fixit Clinic Coaches are available to help repair your broken household items. Plus, don't forget to bring dead batteries and used holiday lights for our recycling stations.
