🥄🎄 HOLIDAY PANTRY RIDE & FOOD DRIVE! 💚
100 families. One amazing community. Let's make it happen!
500 Moms is teaming up with Oceanside Bar & Grill and the Volusia-Flagler Motorcycle Ladies to help provide Holiday Pantry Kits for 100 families at Bunnell Elementary School during winter break!
📅 Saturday, December 5th
⏰ 11 AM – 2 PM
📍 Oceanside Bar & Grill
1848 S Ocean Shore Blvd | Flagler Beach
We're doing things a little differently with this food drive!
Instead of collecting random pantry items, we've carefully created shopping lists and simple recipes so families receive ingredients they can actually turn into meals at home. Each completed kit will include ingredients for THREE family dinners, plus breakfast and snacks!
HOW CAN YOU HELP?
🥫 Donate food from our shopping list! We are strongly encouraging everyone to bring ONLY items from the shopping list pinned in this event. This is important because our goal is to provide the same complete meals to every family, and having the right ingredients helps us make that happen!
💚 Want to donate something that's NOT on the list? Please reach out to 500 Moms directly! We have additional shopping lists for the food and snacks we provide to local children and families throughout the year, and we would love to help direct your generosity where it's needed most.
🏍️ Riding in? We know space is limited on a motorcycle! Bring whatever you can comfortably carry from our list, or stop by and make a monetary donation. Every contribution helps!
💵 Prefer to donate money? We'll have a donation jar for cash and checks to help purchase any ingredients we're still missing.
💚 EVERYONE IS WELCOME! You don't have to ride a motorcycle or belong to any group to participate!
Come check out some beautiful bikes, drop off your donations, learn more about 500 Moms, and then stick around for delicious food, cold drinks, and good company at Oceanside Bar & Grill! 🍔🍹
🚗🏍️ PARKING INFORMATION: Oceanside Bar & Grill is generously reserving designated parking spaces for our event! When you arrive, please look for the WHITE TENT and 500 Moms table, where we'll help direct you to the designated parking area.
We'll also have a 500 Moms table where you can learn more about our mission, becoming a monthly Spoon for just $20, and future volunteer opportunities!
Can't make it December 5th? Send us a private message to arrange an early donation drop-off.
Winter break should be filled with family memories, not worries about where the next meal will come from.
100 families. Three dinners each. Breakfast and snacks. One community coming together to make it happen! 💚
