Bathe in the nourishing and relaxing effects of Restorative Yoga & Aromatherapy. As the holiday season approaches allow yourself an afternoon for deep rest. Celeste will guide you into and out of restorative postures for deeper healing, relaxation and tranquility. Jackie will share some of the benefits of aromatherapy that can be applied to use during your own yoga practice. We do offer yoga props for this event, but ask that if you have your own to please bring them with you.
