As you settle in with a cozy mat and blanket, soothing tones from crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other healing instruments will wash over you—quieting the mind, easing tension, and helping to bring your nervous system back into harmony.
No experience needed — just come as you are. You’ll be guided to set an intention, rest comfortably, and simply receive. Leave feeling lighter, calmer, and more grounded — ready to move through the holidays with presence and ease.
Wear comfortable clothes. Yoga mats and blankets will be provided. Please bring water.
